Reduce the consumption of white rice






Indonesia is belong to the Asia. Most of Asian people tend to eat white rice as their primary necessity. Now, on the modern era there are so many dangerous disease had found by the doctor. On of the dangerous disease is diabetes. This kind of disease because on our body have a lot of  the sugar contain. The sugar is not just found on sweet food or drink. The most sugar contain is located on white rice that we consume everyday.


There is a new type of diabetes it is called as diabetes type 2. This is usually found on the people that eat a lot of rice everyday. So if we you eat a a lot of white rice it is easy to you incur diabetes type 2. There is some solution to that problem try to move your primary necessity with red rice which have low  glycemic. Glycemic is measure of how quickly glucose is released into the bloodstream after a meal, Also red rice can make people feel full longer and keeps blood sugar levels more stable.
